At the helm of the management of Paperprinn On Demand is Mr Eric Soong who brings with him more than 18 years of experience in the printing industry. He has an impressive portfolio of clients and projects that he secured in the span of his career through hardwork, willingness to adapt to the client's requirements and his very likeable personality. He has amassed invaluable knowledge of the industry that helps him with his hands-on-approach to managing the technical aspects of production. He now serves as the Managing Director of Paperprinn On Demand.

The structure of Paperprinn On Demand's Management moves away from the conventional emphasis on hierarchy and places its emphasis on individual domain experts who manage their various domains in an integrated environment. Though the various domains or departments are overseen by 3 managers who then report to the managing director - the individual domain experts take responsibility and ownership of their various fields. This enables the company to foster a conducive environment for a talented personnel and innovation.
